Established in 2019 through a collaboration of ToroDev and UNIRI, ODA is an initiative rooted in the belief that data and AI technologies can drive positive change in the ever increasing digitalized world, that has turned our planet into a global village. We currently work across Uganda and the Eastern African region to provide specialist data-informed solutions that support evidence-based decision-making in the urban sector, health & well-being and education & practical skilling.
Our team comprises of data scientist/analysts, public policy experts, AI researchers, project managers and technologists, who are passionate about leveraging data and AI capabilities to foster development in both the public and private sectors.
